To operate effectively in the intensively competitive 24/7 world, you have to learn and up grade continuously, because the business world changes all the time. As a manager, time is a luxury you do not have. Attending two-day corporate training workshops periodically are useful, but you have nothing to show for at the end of the day. The value of the certificates of attendance is limited outside your organization.

At PMR, we have found the solution for mangers who cannot find time to attend structured night classes which require heavy investment in time, resources and effort. We have in-principle agreement with a renowned worldwide university to validate programs run by us, when you meet the minimum requirements.
For instance, you may attend a 16-hour workshop organized by us. At the end of the programme, you receive a certificate of attendance. If you are keen to get certified, simply sign up for the assessment component (16 hours company-based project on your own time). When you pass, you receive a modular certificate. When you earn 5 modular certificates, you will be eligible to convert them into a Diploma qualification, validated by the university.
This qualification will be extremely valuable because it is more t han just an academic diploma. It is a demonstration of your managerial competence, supported by academic rigor.
