With a professional track record spanning 20 years, Han’s appointments included Senior HR Manager (global corporation), Partner (international consulting firm) and Chief Consultant (leading Asian career development consultancy).
An avid learner, Han holds nine qualifications, including an MBA (Distinction) from the University of Hull, UK and the latest WDA-accredited ACTA. He is a pioneer recipient of the Inaugural National Lifelong Learner Awards and a multi-certified profiler. Driven by his mission to accelerate his clients’ success, he uses his expertise to enable his clients to achieve their goals promptly. The profiling technologies he uses include Personal Branding, Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument, SDS and DiSC. His delighted clients include private and public sector organizations across manufacturing and service industries.
Han is also the youngest winner of the National HR Professional of the Year Award, and pioneer recipient of the latest Senior HR Professional (SHRP) accreditation, an award reserved for those at the pinnacle of the profession. A Certified Career Coach and Master Trainer in accelerated learning, career transition and entrepreneurship, he also teaches business strategy, organizational behaviour & HRM up to the Masters level at major UK and Australian universities.
